Role Overview
Implement DFT features.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan/MBIST implementation
- ATPG
Required Skills & Expertise
- SystemVerilog, UVM
- Jtag, SoC debugging
- Exposure to Synopsys Verdi, Cadance SimVision
- Basic PrimeTime
Preferred Skills
- Strong TCL scripting capability
- Python scripting is a plus
- Experience in advanced nodes (7nm and below)
Experience
5–7 years
Education
• BE/BTech/MTech in Electronics or related field
