Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Lead to join our team in Mumbai. As the AEM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AEM-based solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and optimized AEM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers and technical experts. Provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
• AEM Architecture: Design and implement AEM solutions based on business requirements. Work on solution architecture, including scalability, security, performance, and integration.
• Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process of AEM-based web applications. Develop and configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Client Interaction: Engage with stakeholders, including clients and business teams, to understand requirements and provide optimal solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting code reviews, setting up automated testing frameworks, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve AEM site performance.
• Integration: Work with third-party integrations such as CRM, DAM, and other enterprise systems. Ensure smooth API integrations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation related to project architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in AEM 6.5 and its features such as Sites, Assets, Workflows, and Components.
• Strong knowledge of AEM - Edge delivery services (EDS)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
• Experience with AEM integrations and APIs (RESTful, SOAP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in AEM deployment and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with AEM tools like CRX, Felix, and Dispatcher.
• Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Team Management: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
• Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM is a plus.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
