Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of property, trust and/or estate experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated and autonomous worker who thrives in managing their clients independently, without the need for extensive secretarial support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle transactional law matters, including conveyancing, trust and estate administration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication and personalised service.
Conduct legal research, draft documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Collaborate effectively with the team, contributing to a positive work environment.
Prioritise work efficiently to achieve excellent results for clients.
