Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an advantage but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is a plus.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
