Holder Construction is seeking applicants for the position of Laborer for our project located in Phoenix.
The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and working within tight deadlines.
Laborer job duties/responsibilities include loading/unloading of deliveries, handling/moving jobsite materials, cleaning/preparing workspaces, digging, assisting safety professional, assisting carpenters, as well as a various jobsite operation.
An ideal candidate for this position will possess 1-year of construction experience and an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge. This position will provide primary support to our field supervision and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues
