Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Lab Technicians at Precision Path Lab, located in Jaipur. The Lab Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting tests and analysis, adhering to quality control protocols, and ensuring accurate diagnostic results. Additional duties will include handling and processing specimens, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with the medical team to support clinical needs.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Strong knowledge of laboratory skills and techniques
• Experience with quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Certification or relevant training as a Laboratory Technician is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a pathology or medical diagnostics environment is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow protocols
