Position Summary
Stacwell is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lab Technician / CMM Operator to support quality assurance and laboratory activities. The candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CMM machines, conducting laboratory testing, maintaining calibration records, and ensuring product quality compliance. Candidates with experience in the Aerospace or Rubber Product Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection activities.
Perform dimensional inspection and laboratory testing of components/products.
Maintain calibration schedules and calibration records for measuring instruments.
Analyze inspection data and prepare quality reports.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Handle measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for inspection requirements.
Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the lab area.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CMM operation and programming.
Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of quality inspection processes and laboratory practices.
Experience in calibration and documentation management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards or rubber product testing is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and report preparation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Aerospace Industry or Rubber Product Industry.
Hands-on experience in quality lab operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage inspection priorities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
