Job Description:

Dr. Lal PathLabs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Mumbai. As a Lab Technician at Dr. Lal PathLabs, you will play a crucial role in performing various laboratory tests and experiments to analyze samples and deliver accurate results. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating laboratory equipment, preparing and analyzing samples, and recording and interpreting data. You will also maintain comprehensive laboratory records and adhere to strict safety protocols. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and/or biology and prior experience working in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:
• Laboratory Testing: Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and experiments to analyze samples and provide precise results.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Sample Preparation: Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper handling and processing according to established procedures.
• Data Recording: Accurately record and interpret test results and data, maintaining thorough and organized laboratory records.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Quality Control: Perform regular quality control checks and calibrations of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Maintenance: Keep laboratory equipment and work areas clean and in good working condition.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to other staff members as needed.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for all laboratory activities.
• Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to laboratory tests and experiments.

Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording data.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and conducting various laboratory tests.
