About Us:
We are a vibrant Cha Chaan Teng style food court stall serving classic Hong Kong comfort food. We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Hong Kong style food court dishes (stir-fry, baked rice, noodles, soup base prep, and fast food items).
Handle food preparation, cutting, marinating, and organizing kitchen stations.
Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen conditions.
Ensure speed, food quality, and accuracy during busy peak hours.
Requirements:
Experience: Both experienced cooks and inexperienced candidates are welcome! (On-the-job training will be provided).
Language: Cantonese speakers are preferred due to the nature of our customer base and kitchen operations.
Passionate about cooking and working in a fast-paced food environment.
Good work ethic, punctual, and a strong team player.
