Kitchen Assistant (Latin Restaurant)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen staff in various tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Duties

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and keeping track of food items.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
Support the team during meal service by plating dishes and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
