The Kiosk Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of kiosk operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service. The Manager will report to the Sr. Manager and will work closely with other members of the mall management team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of kiosk operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service

· Train, and supervise sales associates and other staff as needed

· Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales

· Analyse sales data and inventory levels to make informed decisions about pricing, product mix, and stock levels

· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to cash handling, inventory management, and employee performance

· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues as needed

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk environment

· Collaborate with other members of the mall management team to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the mall

· Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staffing as required by the Sr. Manager

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field

· Prior experience in a retail or customer service management role, with experience in kiosk operations preferred

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Ability to analyse and interpret sales data and financial reports

· Proficiency in using a point-of-sale system and other retail management software

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
