Role Description The Key Account Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This position is responsible for managing key client accounts, understanding their business goals, and translating them into tailored marketing strategies and campaigns. Day-to-day activities include developing account plans, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The role involves building long-term client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and preparing reports and presentations that demonstrate impact and ROI. The Key Account Marketing Manager collaborates closely with sales, content, and operations teams to align deliverables with brand objectives and market trends. Must have own laptop.

Qualifications
• Strong key account management capabilities, including experience handling Key Accounts and building long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in Account Management and Business Planning to develop strategic account roadmaps and growth opportunities.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, market insights, and performance metrics for continuous optimization.
• Solid Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond to client needs promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Experience in marketing or media-tech environments, preferably within automotive, commercial vehicle, or mobility sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and comfort in client-facing discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
