Hiring: Personal Trainer Katherine
Zero Rent. Warm Leads. Weekly Mentoring.
Location: Katherine, NT
Type: Casual
Pay: $38.35 to $46/hr plus super plus commission
Start: Immediate
Hours: Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week
You Did Not Become a PT to Pay Rent or Chase Ghosts

Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them
Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before
Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started
Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
Most trainers burn out in six months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.

What We Hand You On Day One

Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
