Lead and coordinate accountability and reporting products to internal stakeholders and our Minister.
Utilise your writing skills to ensure our strategic narratives and framing are captured accurately.
Our Strategy puni is looking for an experienced Senior Advisor to join the Organisational Performance tima to contribute to and support the delivery of our performance frameworks.

The Senior Advisor, Organisational Performance plays an important role in supporting internal stakeholders to meet accountability and reporting requirements. You will:
Contribute to the delivery of Te Puni Kokiris strategic direction and performance frameworks.
Lead and coordinate key accountability and reporting products, including reporting to our Minister.
Provide highquality advice to support internal stakeholders to complete reporting responsibilities.
Work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure deadlines are met and quality information is received.
The likely appointment range for this role is between $105,100 - $116,777 per annum to commensurate with skills and experience. The full range of the grade is $105,100 - $140,132 with mid-point being $116,777

Mou | About you
Trustworthy and reliable, you take pride in building strong, lasting relationships with other kaimahi and are agile in how you approach and manage your workload. Youll be used to working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and leaning in to support your colleagues to get work across the line where needed as a collective.
Experience with reporting which could cover performance reporting, annual reports or supporting in the preparation of hearings is needed. With strong writing skills, you may have worked previously in a policy role and will understand how to frame your mahi and ensure strategic narratives are present and accurate across the mahi you are doing.
You will bring:
Exceptional relationship management skills to quickly build in-person rapport with a range of stakeholders.
Experience working within the public service with some knowledge and understanding of the Machinery of Government.
Proficiency with Microsoft packages especially outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage across the organisation.
A high-level of attention to detail, quality, thoroughness and delivery.
