Getnomik is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Advisor to lead legal structuring, compliance logic, and court-aligned workflows for our legal-tech platform.This role requires deep, hands-on legal practice experience in the Indian legal system.Role OverviewYou will act as a senior legal authority for the platform, ensuring all legal workflows, documentation systems, and user interactions are practically enforceable, compliant, and aligned with Indian court procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and validate legal document systems (affidavits, agreements, notices, declarations, etc.)Ensure court-compliant workflow structuring for legal processesGuide notary, stamping, verification, and execution proceduresAdvise on litigation-aligned legal flows and dispute handling logicReview legal risk, liability, and compliance across platform featuresSupport product architecture from a legal execution perspectiveRequired Qualifications (Strict)5–15 years of active legal practice in IndiaPracticing Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of India / State Bar CouncilStrong courtroom experience (civil, criminal, or commercial litigation)Proven hands-on experience in: Court filings & procedures Legal drafting (pleadings, notices, affidavits, agreements) Notary work and documentation processesStrong understanding of CPC, CrPC, Indian Evidence Act, Contract LawMust be actively practicing or recently practicing (not purely academic or retired theory-based roles)Not Suitable ForNon-practicing advocatesPure academic/legal research professionalsFresh graduates or junior associatesCorporate-only legal profiles without litigation exposureEngagementPart-time / Advisory (Senior Strategic Role)Remote (India-based)Flexible commitment aligned with product development cyclesEarly-stage high-impact positionWhy This RoleYou will directly shape how legal processes are digitized in India influencing how lawyers and clients interact through technology.
