Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with HO for marketing initiatives and campaign execution
Ensure smooth center operations and student support systems
Maintain accurate records in both digital and physical formats
Lead in-house counselling and guide prospective students
Manage floor operations and daily centre activities
Drive inquiry follow-ups and lead conversions
Handle pending fee collections and payment follow-ups
Optimise marketing spends by negotiating cost-effective vendor deals
Conduct database calling (cold, warm & hot leads)
Plan and execute events, seminars, and activations
Collaborate with Academics & Operations to deliver promised student experience
