About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic rounds
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and update trackers
• Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
Requirements:
• Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
