Job Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The [Junior Full Stack Developer - coop] role is to help plan, design, develop, test, launch, and maintain software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software programs and applications throughout the system life cycle. This position requires an ability to create and interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled form. Must have analytical and problem-solving skills and an intense desire to learn, understanding of coding methods and best practices. Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
Start Date: June 1, 2026
End Date: August 28, 2026
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Pursuit of Bachelor's degree or Community College diploma in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent
Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized post‑secondary co-op program
Moderate level of application experience
Knowledgeable in several modern programming languages and schema design concepts
Knowledgeable in the use of at least one modern Database Management System
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
