Primary Skill :Java/Spring Boot (or Python/C#/Go/Node.js), Microservices Architecture, REST API Development, CI/CD & DevOps,
Secondary Skill : Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
Position Summary The Lead Backend Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing backend platforms and services that support enterprise applications, business workflows, analytics, and digital products. This role provides technical leadership across backend architecture, API development, integration services, and distributed systems while ensuring reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
