Location: Vadodara / Baroda
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Create bill of quantities for modular and non-modular works in project
• Site Measurement and generating Auto-cad technical drawings for the same
• Designing as per requirement and doing meticulous Auto-cad drawings of the same and uploading on Google drive / Cloud
• Client meeting for freezing on all aspects of design
• Market survey for every project
• PPT presentations and 3D views where ever required for client approval
• Site supervision for executing of the project
Essential Skills and Abilities
• Computer skills –Auto-cad, Sketchup, Revit , Excel, Power point
• Creative thinking- An eye for design and detail
• The fire to explore new materials and create innovative designs
• Exploring and research based approach to design
• Able to communicate with clients & explain them the designs and its elements.
Skills that will give you an edge:

• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Can work under Pressure
Qualification Required
• Graduation - Any Graduation / Post Graduation / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Designing
• Experience 0-5 Years’ experience in designing
Compensation
Negotiable as per the right candidature & as per Industry Standards. Moreover, we have all facilities like Leave Encashment, Annual Diwali Bonus.
