We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to join a team located in Mississauga.

Responsibilities
In this Junior Accountant role in Mississauga, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and all invoicing in compliance with company policies
- Check for accurate coding of GL entries, including the allocations of costs
- Perform data entry for vendor invoices
- Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
- Assist in month-end activities such as accrual entries
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve payment and other queries

Qualifications
We are looking for the following for this Junior Accountant role located in Mississauga:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience across all aspects of the function including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliation.
- A bachelor’s degree in either business administration or accounting.
- Experience working Sage 300 is a great asset.
- Proficient in word and excel
- ERP experience is an asset
