We are looking for a passionate and creative video editor to join our team and assist in producing engaging video content.
Responsibilities:
• Edit Video Content: Assist in editing video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and internal communications.
• Footage Organisation: Organise and manage video files, ensuring all assets are properly labelled and stored.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the production team to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and finalise video content.
• Research and Inspiration: Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to our video projects.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in film production, media studies, graphic design, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work is preferred.
