Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Billing Engineer to support project billing and cost estimation activities in our real estate projects. The role involves preparing contractor bills, verifying quantities, and ensuring accurate measurement and documentation as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process RA (Running Account) bills for contractors and vendors
Take off quantities from drawings and site measurements
Verify contractor bills as per work completed at site
Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents
Track project progress and link it with billing milestones
Ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications
Support final bill preparation and project closing documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
