Shorehaven Homeowners Association, Inc, is looking to provide first class service to its 899 community of condominium and Two-Family homeowners spread across 40 acres in the Claston Point of the Bronx. The Shorehaven Community boasts beautiful water views, NYC Water Taxi nearby, a beautiful Esplanade that homeowners can walk through daily, tennis courts, basketball court, Olympic size pool with hot tub area, Pool Locker room, fully equipped Fitness area, and a teenager room filled with gaming activities.
Currently this Umbrella Association is looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals that can help bring the highest level of service to its community.
Full Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing and announcing them appropriately;
Effectively communicate with residents, guests, visitors and staff;
Facilitate Gym and pool use by Resident owners and keeps count of maximum capacity;
Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities;
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls, and taking messages;
Assisting residents with their request, questions, or concerns;
Enter and follow up on work orders;
Receive and sort daily mail;
Process correspondence and violations;
Maintain and update clubhouse and management calendar, schedule meetings;
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing;
Maintain Ballroom rental log, barbecue rental log, and process payments for same;
Process homeowner registrations;
Maintain the homeowner lounge and game room, clean and organized;
Coordinate and facilitate clubhouse events, such as fitness classes, kids events, summer cookouts, holiday parties, toy drives, etc.;
Facilitate supply orders;
Decorate clubhouse in advance of holidays/seasons;
Effectively communicates with porters to ensure that all homeowner concerns regarding property curb appeal is addressed to ensure immaculate property condition;
Effectively communicates with security team regarding safety concerns and/or upcoming events;
Maintains a safe and clean reception area;
Assist the onsite Property Management team with regular day to day administrative duties;
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Perform any and all other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management or client
Skills:
Solid written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills
Customer service attitude
Able to work under pressure
Supply Management
Ability to be resourceful and proactive
