Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and DETAIL ORIENTED Front Desk Admin who can grow in to a Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in office management software, and have a background in medical office management or similar environments.
Responsibilities
This role requires complete attention to detail. Must be able to take notes and be organized with various tasks from Managing Partners.
Maintain Office Billing
Client Reception.
Answers Phone Calls and Routes accurate and complete messages via all Call Queues.
Maintaining Calendars and Scheduling Meetings (Including on site and virtual).
Obtain and Confirm Client Scheduling and Document Intake.
Photocopying Documents/Scanning Documents.
Keeping Records (Folder Structure).
Maintaining Office, Kitchen, and Reception Area – General Housekeeping & Appearance.
Orders Supplies and Maintains Supply List and Supply Cabinet.
Sends and Receives Mail (USPS/UPS).
Billing and Payments Intake.
Maintains CRM Task Flows
