JOB DESCRIPTION JEWELLERY SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES ASSOCIATE Position Summary The Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, promoting jewellery collections and investment schemes, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. The role directly contributes to showroom revenue growth, customer retention, and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Convert showroom walk-ins into successful sales. Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products and schemes. Promote gold saving and investment plans. Generate repeat business and customer referrals. Customer Experience Welcome and assist customers professionally. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets. Provide personalized product recommendations. Ensure a premium luxury retail experience. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Product Consultation Demonstrate strong knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Silver, Bridal, Polki, Kundan, and Antique Jewellery. Explain purity, hallmarking, certifications, pricing, making charges, exchange, and buyback policies. Guide customers on jewellery care and maintenance. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Collect and maintain customer data. Conduct follow-ups for purchases, schemes, birthdays, anniversaries, and promotions.
