• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the trading or distribution industry.
• A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
