Ayala Royal Ballet is a pre-professional dance academy. We are looking for an amazing new Jazz Teacher!
What we expect from you…
Dance teachers need to do amazing classes based on our curriculum and methods don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
2 year minimum experience
You’d fit in here if…
You truly enjoy being a dance teacher.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down.
You don’t send substitutes teachers, commit and schedule your own substitutes and replacements if you absolutely need to!
Responsibilities:
Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time.
Adhere to policies and procedures of our dance academy.
Serve as a positive example for all students.
Provide proper technique and instruction within classes.
Encourage all students with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ensure safety of all students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationship with children, adults and coworkers.
Ability to choreograph end of the year performances.
Teachers should be able to break down technique steps to teach students depending on their skill level.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
