Job Title: IVF Specialist
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹2,50,000+ per month
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bihar
Key Responsibilities
Manage IVF/ART patients throughout their treatment journey.
Perform and manage TVS (Transvaginal Sonography), follicular monitoring, Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), and Embryo Transfer (ET).
Manage IVF cycles and provide appropriate clinical guidance.
Coordinate with embryologists, nurses and other clinical team members.
Provide patient counselling and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain accurate MRD documentation and medical records as per centre protocols.
Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical quality and ethical practice.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in IVF/ART practice.
Strong practical knowledge of IVF procedures and patient management.
Hands-on experience in TVS, OPU, ET and follicular monitoring.
Good knowledge of MRD documentation and medical records.
Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
Should be humble, respectful and compassionate towards patients and staff.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Strong professional attitude and commitment to quality patient care.
