Our technical and support operations are international, and this role is based in our Portugal office, supporting the systems that power our global business.
Compensation & Benefits
• Annual gross salary: €18,500 – €25,000, based on experience.
• Paid in 14 monthly instalments, including summer and Christmas bonuses.
• 40 hours per week with 22 days paid annual leave plus public holidays.

Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile IT professional who combines technical support, web development, and data management skills. You will maintain internal systems, manage databases, optimise websites, and automate processes, contributing directly to the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and administer systems in Windows and Linux environments.
• Manage and optimise Google Workspace (Google Suite) for the entire team.
• Administer and query databases using SQL, maintaining data integrity between booking systems (Bókun) and internal platforms.
• Produce advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using Google Sheets / Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
• Maintain and optimise websites built on WordPress and Elementor, focusing on Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, TTFB) and site speed.
• Develop scripts in Python, Bash, or JavaScript to automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot both local and cloud-based network configurations.
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Advanced experience with WordPress and Elementor; web performance optimisation is a significant advantage.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (required); Italian or Portuguese (highly desirable).
