Project Ownership

Manage multiple parallel initiatives with clear prioritization and communication.
Translate business goals into technical tasks and timelines.
Recommend practical solutions and tradeoffs, keeping speed, security, and maintainability in balance.
What We’re Looking For

Experience

Track record of independently delivering projects from idea → launch.
Technical Skills (strong in several, capable across all)

Microsoft 365 admin experience (users, groups, permissions, security basics, collaboration tools).
Web design/development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS; bonus for React/Next.js or similar).
WordPress (themes, plugins, customization, troubleshooting, performance).
Comfort with APIs, automation, and integrations (Zapier/Make, Power Automate, scripts, webhooks).
Solid understanding of security hygiene and best practices for small/mid-size environments.
Demonstrated familiarity with GAI concepts and tools, or a strong ability and curiosity to ramp up quickly and apply them pragmatically.
Working Style

Highly self-directed: you can take a vague ask and turn it into a shipped solution.
Strong communicator who can explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Organized, pragmatic, and comfortable wearing many hats.
Curiosity-driven and eager to learn new tools quickly.
Nice to Have

Basic database knowledge (SQL) and analytics/BI tooling.
UI design skills (Figma) and brand-aware design sense.
Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurial teams with varied needs.
Work Arrangement

Hybrid (Greater Toronto Area): mix of on-site and remote work based on project needs.
Some flexibility required for time-sensitive issues, planned launches, or vendor coordination.

You’ve stabilized and streamlined Microsoft 365 administration and access/security basics.
You’ve shipped at least 1–2 high-impact improvements (site updates, workflow automation, lightweight app/tool).
You’ve delivered consistent weekly AI updates and launched at least one practical AI pilot that improves speed or quality.
How to Apply

Send your resume and a brief note with:

A short example of an AI/GAI workflow you’ve used (or would propose) and what impact it had (or would have).
