OB TITLE: IT Analyst LOCATION: Powai, Mumbai EXPERIENCE : 2 to 7 + years JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW The IT Analyst serves as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions, analyzing requirements, designing processes, and supporting system implementations. This role involves problem-solving, data analysis, and ensuring that IT systems effectively support organizational objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for IT solutions. Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of recent IT systems and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users, maintaining system integrity and user satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in an IT Analyst or similar role. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Preferred Experience with specific business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
