Job Description
For a growing, cross-functional team in Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area, we are looking for an IT administrator to help keep day-to-day systems stable and support users with technical issues. The position combines second-level troubleshooting, infrastructure support, and hands-on administration across Windows, Linux, Microsoft, and Mac environments.
Key responsibilities
• Investigate and analyze technical issues at second-level support depth.
• Receive IT incident requests and resolve problems either on site or through remote support tools.
• Help ensure smooth IT operations across Windows and Linux environments.
• Maintain and improve the client and server infrastructure.
• Support the operation of the client landscape in Microsoft and Mac environments.
• Carry out incident handling and restore service as quickly as possible.
Requirements
• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience with Linux and Microsoft 365 products.
• Knowledge of network administration, mobile device management, and client management.
• Confident handling of virtualization solutions such as Proxmox and VMware.
• Strong communication skills.
• Very good German language skills.
