Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, system troubleshooting, attendance software management, and overall IT support operations.
Responsibilities
Configure and manage IP settings, network systems, and internet connectivity
Handle ESSL software and maintain attendance/punching data
Provide technical support for iOS, macOS, and computer systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues
Install, maintain, and update computer systems and related software
Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth system performance
Coordinate with departments for system setup and technical assistance
Maintain system security, backups, and user access controls
