Job Role: Safety Associate Trainee
This entry-level role involves learning and executing pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and patient safety reporting standards. Fresh graduates will receive proper training and mentorship while being part of a structured team in an office-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacovigilance Support Functions
• Perform safety data collection, tracking, and entry.
• Determine initial/update status of adverse events.
• Assist with coding of Adverse Events (AE) and products.
• Write case narratives and support literature reviews.
Compliance and Quality Monitoring
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, guidelines, and regulations.
• Meet defined productivity and quality standards.
• Attend meetings and provide feedback to operations managers.
• Maintain 100% compliance with people practices and operational policies.
Team Collaboration & Training
• Participate in project training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
• Report quality issues to senior team members.
Educational Qualifications
Required Education
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
Job Location
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Preference will be given to local candidates who can work from the office.
