Job Description: Junior Professional, Treasury and Portfolio Management
The New Development Bank's (NDB) Treasury and Portfolio Management Department (TMPD) is responsible for fund raising, liquidity, and portfolio management. Reporting to the Chief, Treasury Division, this position assists with treasury activities, fund-raising projects, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review borrowing documents, arrange signing documentation, and liaise with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the treasury management system.
• Liaise with banks and investors on credit line applications and maintenance.
• Assist in investor relationship maintenance, roadshow logistics, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate the database, maintain information updates, and support strategies to cover target investors.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and monitor global finance markets.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in multilateral development banking, private sector banking, or financial institutions.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• Problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with high resilience and drive.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize workload effectively.
• Fluency in English essential for written and verbal communication, knowledge of a second language desirable.
