Role Description The Investment Manager – B2C Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will engage directly with retail customers to understand their investment needs and recommend suitable real estate investment options. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property and investment presentations, advising clients on financing and returns, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure. The role also involves maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities, tracking market trends, coordinating site visits, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales support. The Investment Manager is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and portfolio review discussions.
Qualifications
• Strong investment-focused skill set, including Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to advise individual customers on property-based investment opportunities.
• Solid analytical capabilities, including Analytical Skills and familiarity with Investment Strategies, to evaluate projects, returns, risks, and market trends.
• Working knowledge of Finance principles, such as ROI, IRR, and basic financial modeling, to communicate investment value and support customer decision-making.
• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or investment products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• High level of self-motivation, customer orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven on-site environment in Bengaluru.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certification in real estate or investments is an added advantage.
