Investment Associate

About The Position

As an associate, this is an opportunity to be a part of the core founding team of a rapidly scaling new venture capital fund. You would get to work with founders on the ground with a lot of exposure and mentorship to be gained directly.

Also, a rare chance to get the full stack VC experience - fund raising and investor relationships, investing and due diligence, portfolio management and exits

What You'll Do

• Sourcing startups

• Thesis building • Stakeholder research

• Due diligence and evaluation on deals

• Providing support to our founders

• Fund operations and compliance

What You'll Need

• The candidate must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial and capable of demonstrating deep analytical thinking and excellent communication skills

• The preferred candidate will have ~3 years of prior work experience (prior experience in building brands or working with the startup ecosystem or conducting transactions is a plus)

• High EQ and personality to enjoy engaging with founders

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in unstructured environments
