Job Description
• International Calling experience.
• Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
• Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
• Able to generate leads through cold calling.
• Leads generation towards Sponsors and Exhibitors.
• Lead conversation and successful closing
• Maintaining the Monthly target and achievement report documents.
• Achieving the monthly given revenue target.
• Customer Interaction / Relationship
Desired Candidate Profile
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidate should be flexible to do work for office.
• Must have Excellent Command Over English.
• Must possess strong communication skills with an ability to solve customers.
• Experience in International Process.
• Professional in conduct/behaviour, appearance and communication.
• Reliability in terms of attendance and timing.
• Should be very competitive and a good listener.
• Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
• Ability to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction
Qualifications Required
• Any Graduation / MBA/ PGDM with International call experience.
