Roles and Responsibilities :

The opening is for an International BPO (US shift).
Candidate should be able to manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Candidate must be comfortable to work in night shift.
Must have excellent communication and Sales skills.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Required Skills :

Highest Qualification required is HSC.
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO.
