We are seeking a highly driven and experienced International Sales Executive to spearhead our international business development and establish our brand in key overseas markets.
To fuel our next phase of global expansion, we are seeking a highly driven International Sales Executive to join our team in Jamnagar.
Documentation: Absolute fluency in handling LCs, Incoterms, BL, and international customs compliance.
βοΈ Global Mobility: Ready and willing to travel internationally for trade shows and overseas client closure.
πΌ Proven Track Record: 2β4 years of core experience expanding B2B markets overseas (experience in manufacturing, plumbing, or building materials is highly preferred.
π Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at our manufacturing hub in Jamnagar. You will identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
Responsibilities
π Building and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors, retail partners, and key accounts.
π€ Preparing precise commercial quotes, structuring proposals, negotiating terms, and tracking orders through to successful fulfilment.
βοΈ Coordinating closely with internal production, logistics, and finance teams to meet strict delivery and pricing commitments.
π Market Intelligence: Monitoring global market trends, competitor activity, and international regulatory requirements to contribute to accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Proficient in cross-border transactions, international business, and managing diverse market requirements.
2. Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and long-term B2B relationship-building skills.
3. Responsive communication, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on client retention.
4. Ability to sync with factory production, logistics, and finance teams to meet client commitments.
5. Written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
6. Bachelorβs degree in Business, International Trade, or Marketing.
7. Experience in manufacturing or construction/plumbing hardware is highly preferred.
8. Ready to manage different time zones and adapt seamlessly to diverse cultural business environments.
9. Familiarity with export documentation, INCOTERMS, pricing models, and international payment terms is preferred.
