**Job Description: International BPO - Blended Process**
• *Position**: Customer Service Representative
• *Process Type**: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
• *Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month (including performance-based bonus)
• *Shift Timing**: Night Shift
• *Working Days**: 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)
• *Performance Bonus**: ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per month
• *Experience**: Freshers Welcome (HSC and Graduates both eligible)

• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and providing product/service information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
- Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues to the supervisor/manager as necessary.
• *Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC (12th) / Graduate (Any field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible with night shifts and rotational week-offs.
