Job Summary: As a People Operations Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. You collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Essential Functions: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the People Operations team to create job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and establish sourcing channels. Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Proactively identify passive candidates and engage them through targeted outreach and networking activities. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments and coordinate technical evaluations as needed. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance. Facilitate offer discussions with candidates, including compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Operations team to prepare and present compelling offers. Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or objections to facilitate offer acceptance. Ordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
