We're looking for a driven Internal New Home Consultant to join our team and help customers bring their dream homes to life. You'll manage customer enquiries, build strong relationships, and guide buyers through the new home journey, all while enjoying a rare Monday to Friday schedule.

What You'll Do
Manage enquiries and welcome customers into our display homes
Guide customers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to deposit and contract
Present home designs, solutions and proposals tailored to customer needs
Build strong relationships with customers, land developers and referral partners
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Monitor local market activity and identify new sales opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage
Achieve and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
What You Bring
Proven success in a sales-focused role
Experience in residential building, new homes, real estate, land sales or a related industry highly regarded
A hunger to achieve and exceed targets
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Confidence in guiding customers through important purchasing decisions
High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability
Strong computer and administrative skills
