Job Summary:
As an Interior Project Site Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites in Mumbai. This includes supervising and coordinating with contractors, craftsmen, and other personnel involved in the project. You will ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating progress, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Job Descriptions:
• Experience in site supervision and project management for interior design projects.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques relevant to interior design
• Interior related material quantification and ordering
• Billing & Measurements
• Reconciliation of Materials
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in interior design or construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
