H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.
• ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. He should have knowledge of material quantity used in the project like wooden boards, wooden strips, wooden beatens, upholstery quantity.
2. He should have knowledge of P.U Polish and polister polish from starting to final finish of the furniture.
3. He should have a knowledge of all fabrics and leather material, stitching and quality of furniture.
4. He supervise all the labor and solve their problems on the spot.
5. He measure all the dimensions MM to Feet.
6. He should have knowledge of furniture basic frame according to detail drawings.
7. He can assume final look of furniture.
8. He can take decision to finish the work on time without compromise in quality.
10. Interact with client to obtain information as regards their specification and preferences for a project.
11. Proper recommendation on appropriate furniture designs and styles, considering costs and choice.
12. Provide cost estimate of materials required for the construction of wooden fixtures.
13. He should select suitable wood type as well as other materials needed for construction work.
14. He should create custom wood works used in crafting of fine furniture units.
15. He should conduct studies on classic as well as modern wood work by carrying out smoothening and various operations using plans and staining material.
• SKILLS
• 1. Below aged 40, at least 10 years of experience needed.
• 3. He should be skilled in manufacturing of wooden fixtures commonly found in homes and offices.
• 4. He should have complete knowledge of quality of wood used in making of furniture.
• Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
