Interior & Furniture Designer (Commercial)
Create innovative and functional interior and furniture design concepts, translate client requirements into cohesive designs, and prepare detailed drawings.
• Concept Development & Design Quality
• Deliver innovative and functional interior and furniture design concepts.
• Translate client requirements into cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and ergonomic designs.
• Technical Drawings & Documentation
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and BOQs for execution.
• Coordination with Teams (Execution, Sales, Vendors)
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure design is implemented correctly.
• Custom Furniture Design & Detailing
• Design custom-made furniture pieces as per space planning and theme.
• Innovation & Material Research
• Suggest new trends, finishes, materials, and sustainable design ideas.
• Client Presentation & Interaction
• Create and deliver impactful client presentations.
• Project Timeline Adherence
• Ensure all design milestones are completed as per Gantt/project schedule.
• Site Visits & Quality Checks
• Conduct regular site visits during installation to check quality and design adherence.
• Documentation & Handover
• Final design file submission (PDF + CAD + 3Ds).
• Team Collaboration & Professional Development
• Collaborate with junior designers or interns.
