Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Interior Execution Head to lead the execution of interior projects based on approved architectural and interior design drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end interior execution across projects
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, project teams, contractors and vendors
• Plan manpower, materials and contractor deployment
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines
• Resolve execution-related technical issues and drawing discrepancies
• Evaluate and monitor contractor/vendor performance
• Conduct regular site reviews and ensure timely closure of snags
• Drive successful completion and handover of interior works
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• Highrise Residential Building: 5 years (Required)
Location:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur) (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
