Google & Meta Ads Specialist

DMR Digital Marketing Rajasthan is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for our clients.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation & E-commerce campaigns
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting & retargeting
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CPA & conversions
• Experience in creating effective ad strategies and scaling campaigns
• E-commerce experience is a must
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch and manage Google & Meta advertising campaigns
• Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research
• Manage budgets and improve campaign ROI
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights
• Develop strategies to scale successful campaigns
