Job Summary:
The F&B Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to established quality and operational standards. The role involves team supervision, guest interaction, service coordination, inventory control, upselling, and supporting the management team in achieving departmental revenue and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Supervise daily operations of the assigned restaurant, bar, banquet, or F&B outlet.
• Ensure the outlet is properly prepared before service, including tables, cutlery, crockery, glassware, menus, and service stations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and communicate reservations, VIP guests, special occasions, promotions, and operational updates to the team.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with service standards, SOPs, and company policies.
• Welcome and interact with guests to ensure a personalized and memorable dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure accurate and timely food and beverage order taking and service.
• Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and recommended pairings.
• Train and coach team members on service standards, product knowledge, upselling, grooming, and guest handling.
• Promote suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase average guest spending and outlet revenue.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, host/hostess, reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portioning, temperature, and service timing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the concerned department for replenishment of food, beverages, operating supplies, and service equipment.
• Control wastage, breakage, and unnecessary operational costs.
• Verify bills, discounts, complimentary items, voids, and payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with daily sales reports, revenue tracking, stock reports, and other operational documentation.
• Ensure proper opening, closing, cash-handling, and handover procedures are followed.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, private dining, banquets, promotions, and other F&B functions.
• Ensure staff grooming, attendance, discipline, and professional conduct meet company standards.
• Identify operational issues and report them promptly to the F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.
• Support management in achieving guest satisfaction, revenue, profitability, and departmental targets.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
